PBN, a leading strategic communications agency is looking for a Trainee to join its Government & Public Affairs Department. This is a unique opportunity to gain professional experience within a team of industry professionals working at a Government Affairs & Public Relations consultancy with global heritage.

The position is designed to give participants valuable experience in government relations & public affairs, with exposure to a wide range of client work across a number of sectors.

Daily duties include but not limited to:

• Monitoring & analysis of draft legislation, policy initiatives, economic developments, international sanctions and geopolitical environment
• Identification of risks & opportunities for the firm’s clients
• Writing analytical pieces and documents to support correspondence with government bodies
• Supporting interaction with government bodies, trade associations and industry experts
• Providing administrative support to ongoing client projects
• Analysis of industries for business development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in progress in Political Science, Law, Public Administration or other relevant subject area.
• Relevant internship experience is an asset
• Perfect written and spoken Russian, with strong editing skills and attention to detail
• Strong spoken and written English
• Familiarity with government structures and the political and economic environment
• Experience in Healthcare, Tech & Digital, FMCG or Retail industries is an asset
• Research and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and show initiative
